Doug graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor's Degree and obtained his MBA from Appalachian State University in 1991. During that time in graduate school, he and his wife fell in love with the High Country and have been blessed in raising their three childen in this community. After working for Watauga Wood Products for over 12 years as Human Resource Manager, Doug decided to pursue his own business in property management and established Hidden Creek Management, Inc. He then purchased Boone Realty in order to provide both exceptional investment property management and brokerage services.

Originally from Ireland, JoJo moved to America in 1989. She came to Boone from Charleston SC several years ago with her husband and two daughters. With an experienced background in Human Resources/Customer Service primarily with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, JoJo's transition from the Hospitality business to the Real Estate business has been both challenging and rewarding.
